SENTANI
It is in Sentani District on an area of 9,360 Ha
and of 75 m above the sea level. It is a beautiful lake decorated by the hilly islands.
There are kinds of fish live in the lake, such as: mujair (kind of freshwater
fish widely stocked in inland water), gabus (widely eaten freshwater fish),
lele (freshwater catfish), tawes (kind of freshwater fish),
ikan mas (goldfish), ikan sembilan (fish with poisonous spirus),
and gurami fish.
It is 20 km from the town and reachable by vehicles.
